  1. to answer your curiousity no im not a player but i am at all the games and all the pratices during the season and we have a booster club that spends a lot of time trying to get money for the program but we also have tons of expenses and we also seem to struggle over last few years to sell out our stadium, in fact i dont think we even passed haftway attendence until the bartram trail game, which back in like in early 2000s we sold out the stadium weekly, now had we been able to keep doing that we probley would have bought a coach bus by now lol, but i am currently planning on making a historical site and i run a fb fan group but takes time to get that to where i want it to be and i probley will get offically in with the booster club next year once i graduate
  2. I still in high school so no I wasent born before 1980 lol
  3. And how it our fault that teams in north have underachieve? Not our fault Gainesville hasent hit 2012 form again, not our fault no one is scared of Lincoln or st Augustine or Bolles anymore, lol just saying, we can only control how we do, not our fault or our problem that those teams haven't been at full form
  4. Heard from a expert in this board of that region that pine Forrest should be alright and not familiar with dunnelon, as for Wakulla they are in a not too challenging region with best teams appear to be rickards, Suwannee and ribault if I remember correctly so even if they lost talent they should still be able to handle that area
  5. Our coaches put in more time then any of those other schools and probley more then most of the teams who won states, As for the losses who knows, maybe it's just as simple as crap happens and things just go wrong, I remember st Augustine as a clear example, we left a player behind and drove 10.minutes before having to turn around and come back then when going to Jacksonville to eat one bus went one way and one went another so we had to eat at 2 different places then one of bus lost key and spent 20 minutes looking on ground of parking lot before realizing it was on the bus and then arrived late, So for some reason things Dont go right for us, you tell me how to fix that from happening?
  6. About how many teams can you name who made playoffs more times since?
  7. So vanguard will beat Gainesville in second round?
  8. Oh and btw cubs haven't even been to title game since 45' if I remember correctly but we went in 97' so our drought not nearly that bad, buddy 😉
  9. 1:Columbia 2:Trenton 3:Madision 4:Wakulla 5:Buchulz 6:Gainesville 7:North Marion 8:south Sumter 9:Lincoln 10:Suwannee I did this off top of head but most I haven't seen unless we play them
  10. Also glad that you joined board you will like it here, were the best board out there ðŸ˜
  11. So essentially top 10 north central plus tally?
  12. Hahaha we not that snakebit of a program to be the cubs and it's been 49 years not 80 and do you mean if we would beat Madision if we played answer is yes but is that what you mean by it?
  13. I assure you we will be as competitive this year as last year 😉
  14. You put us as top 25 before last year when we coming off 8-3? Seems like this year we would be more deserving of top 25
  15. We are coming off 12-2 it's not that out of realm of possibility to be ranked top 25
  16. I think list is great but escambia as best panhandle team? Do you know something i don't?
  17. Welcome to the board, what team you rep?
  18. I think escambia is too high on that list, they lost like 4 games in a row to end season and miss playoffs but their best athleate was a senior, odds are escambia wins about Haft their games this year
  19. Yes winning 7 on 7 means nothing but getting that extra practice with quarterbacks and receivers does matter, in 2014 Columbia had under 1000 passing yards and we lost in first round, 2015 had over 4000 yards and had 3 receivers hit the 1000 yard Mark and we went to 4th round, 2014 no 7 on 7, 2015 we did, at least in our case it was a huge impact on us
  20. As long as quarterback and receivers are together wether it on private leagues or team leagues it's fine because they still gaining chemistry
  21. We didnt do 7 on 7 before 2014 and it ended with runner up and first round loss, 2015 we return to 7 on 7 and have best passing season in Columbia history, I think it has a huge impact for us but then again some it helps a lot, others doesent, but it is good to have and it gives us more time to pratice passing and pass defending which are 2 things we will have to get right by season to have ability to make a run
  22. Well the thing with 7 on 7 is it helps with development on quarterbacks, receivers, and defensive backs which that practice comes in handy down the line
