  1. Cocoa was the better team
  2. 31-9. Cocoa at the half
  3. Hate to say it, but Pahokee's players look SHOOK
  4. TD. Cocoa. Nice play-action. 24-0. Coca. 4:38 in the second
  5. 17-0. Cocoa. Pahokee hasn't gotten any offensive rhythm...Cocoa's D is dong their job so far
  6. Turnover on downs for PK...Cocoa hit a big pass, then a TD run for #3. 10-0. Cocoa...End of 1
  7. Pahokee got a first down and then punted...Cocoa drove and kicked a field goal...3-0. Cocoa. PK ball
  8. This is one of the deeper Pahokee teams. No skill players play both ways, and they rotate lineman so they're fresh all game. Outside of West Park Prep (home coming) every opponent has been a 6/7/8A team, and Pahokee has worn them down by the fourth....Except Seminole Ridge because Pahokee was sloppy the first half, but they held Ridge scoreless from the second quarter to 1 min in the fourth
  9. Obviously, someone hasn't done their homework on Pahokee, if he thinks that they don't have any team speed. Hawkins and Dixon (Vero's RB) are night and day comparisons. Dixon is a downhill, thumper, that lacks the long end speed. While Hawkins is a big play waiting to happen in the pass or run game.
  10. From the Palm Beach Post (They always pick against Pahokee..in-county or out-of county, until the finals) LOL! No. 2 Pahokee (6-1) at Cocoa (7-0): The Tigers, who are the reigning Class 4A champions and the No. 1 team in this week’s Associated Press poll, have dispatched everyone they’ve played this year, including state-ranked teams like Jacksonville-Trinity Christian, Daytona Beach-Mainland, Viera and St. John’s-Bartram Trail. The Blue Devils have won five straight, but Cocoa could easily end that streak. Jodie: Cocoa 27-13; Adam: Cocoa 28-14
  11. IT was just a joke, but to have an influx of talent every year and act like this team was built from the ground up is crazy. Pahokee and Glades Central lose more kids than we attract, for various reasons (economy/jobs) but we still put quality teams on the field, and put kids into college that play at high levels.
  12. It's easy to be cocky when you average 20+ transfers every off season...that's a full NCAA (D1) recruiting class...LOL!
  13. Lol...just like the Vero by 40 guy. If its a 30+ plus game, then Pahokee killed themselves all night long..style of play wont let it get this way.
  14. This yup, pup is growing up in the secondary http://www.hudl.com/v/289hxc
  15. https://www.facebook.com/gerardo.mata.3139/videos/265709960618102/ The last possession
  16. The secondary is still an issue (which was expected coming into the season), because of your and inexperience (of the 6 dB's, only 1 played varsity last year). The other DB, the coaches won't play him on defense because he's the QB (the backup got hurt and is out). To the coaches credit, they give all the kids an opportunity to prove themselves every game. Its just inconsistency from game to game (series to series). The DB coaches are PK grads and played (started) d1 football (Pitt & NC State). The play-side slant, and backside drag routes have given them hell these last 2 games (Gardens and Seminole Ridge).
  17. It was. Seminole Ridge jumped out. Then Pahokee fought back, and the fourth the fireworks kicked off
  18. Game winning 50 yard touchdown with 0s on the clock. Pagokee 34-31
  19. Touchdown, Ridge. 31-28. 1:54 left
  20. 28-24. Pahokee. 70+ yard touchdown run. 9:20 left in the fourth
  21. End of 3. 24-21. Ridge. Pahokee still shooting themselves in the foot.
  22. 24-21. Ridge. Pahokee broke off a 50+ yard TD run to open the half. 10:37 in the third
