  1. Special Permission from Joshua Wilson for allowing me to post these pants on this site.  Thank-You Sir.

We have 129 Pairs of like-new Adidas Game Pants we purchased from a local college that folded up.  Just looking at the pants in the bins,  we thought maybe we could use them, but the maroon/garnet colors are too far from our bright red.  We have plenty of practice pants already, so we have decided to let them go.  The red shorts in the photo is for color comparison.

These pants are excellent...not new...but very close.  These are the same pants that cost $70 a pair brand new.  These are the same pants we use at our school.  Would be great for game pants and great for practice pants at any level.

$8.00 a pair...take them all.  I will box these puppies up and ship them direct to you (You Pay Shipping)  I can take your credit card (run through my business) or even PAY PAL.  Then, I will pass along the funds to the HC/AD or our Booster Club...whatever they decide.

PM me if you are interested.

  2. "If there is a criticism, offensively-speaking, I think it lies in needing more Bobby McMillan last night.

56, while active, played upfield all night, allowing himself to be incredibly susceptible to the trap game. Saw Lenny exploit this on a few occasions--just thought there was more to be had in this regard."

They had a spy on Bobby all night long.  While #56 did play up field quite a bit, Palmetto did play him at different positions all night long....and he made his presence known wherever he lined up.  Over the years I have seen many good / great defensive linemen.....especially at the 8A level.  #56 is certainly at the top of the list.

Thank You for the kind words about our program.

We did not line up very well.

  3. I am not one to make excuses...especially against referees after a loss.  I always found it counter-productive in the long run.  Those striped shirt guys have to make decisions in a split second, and I am sure the human factor comes into play more often than not.  Its not like they have replay (to look back on) to see if it was the correct call or not.  Beating them over the head on one call will virtually assure you you will not get the next close call if it presents itself...just my opinion.

That being said, there were some questionable calls last night as there always are.  I am sure Coach J wont be challenging any calls after the fact...he does a great job of getting his point across during the game.  We lost...we will move onto next year.

We did not line up very well.

  4. Palmetto is a very very talented football team.  Unfortunately, they did lose their 3 star QB early in the playoff series.  True right now their offense is rather simplistic..but you still have to stop it.  Fantastic athletes make plays...its just that simple.  This week Palmetto was better than they were last week....their coaches are making adjustments on the run every week to get better and better offensively.

But the defense....#56-#2- #18 .....hell the whole unit, were the truth.

We did not line up very well last night.

Vero Beach is at #5.  Vero won its only title at the Citrus Bowl in 1981 versus Panama City Mosley.  They have made 5 Final 4 appearances since then, but were not able to line up correctly on every play and failed to make it through to a final.  They did come close, losing by 10 or fewer points each time.  3 of those 4 losses took place in Miami.  There last state semi appearance was in 1998, when they lost a heartbreaker to Southeast.  Vero has a chance to advance if they can beat yet another Miami-Dade team.

    This is pretty funny.

  6. This is /was a very good Boone team who fought to the very end.  Take nothing away from them...they are a tough gutsy bunch.  That being said, the referees assigned to this game were from out-of-area. We have never seen them before this night.  Tough calls went for and against each team all night long.  The game could have easily gone either way, but VB made one final play to end the overtime.  The YouTube announcer stands on top of the PressBox and is not seen or heard by the public announcer (inside the PressBox) for the games.  In fact, I have never even heard the YouTube guys myself until just now.  There is no way any fan could hear those guys begging for any calls...not the way they seem to whisper into their microphones.  lol.  Now, we prepare for Miami Palmetto next week in the Citrus Bowl.

I just want to line up correctly.

If Vero doesn’t at least win their region this year they need to move on from Coach Jankowski. He constantly out coaches himself in the playoffs and preaches the regular season.

I have to step in here a minute.  Jankowski is an offensive genius...and if he would ever move on it would be to a major college program.

I think he wants to line up correctly too.  \
