I’m the first to admit I’ve been critical of Veros offense and especially the QB Jankowski...it’s halftime 35-0 Vero and they have looked better than they have all year on offense...looks like a Treasure Coast rematch next week

The biggest thing though is can TC have another game with zero turnovers and less than 5 penalties...I mean they played an amazing game other than not kicking extra points...I actually feel like Jankowski has evolved the last few starts and his confidence is looking up going into the playoffs

I think you I think you are underestimating Veros home field advantage...Deerfield should be the biggest threat to Vero in the region....been a while since I’ve not worried about the weather and wind speed on Vero game nights..the run game is a blessing

I do feel bad for a six win Sebastian team that misses the 8th seed to a four win team

Umm I for one couldnt name all last years champions...I mean records stand until broken over numerous years

The only problem with that logic in this case is that Vero hasn’t lost to a team B or C and Chaminade lost a head to head matchup convincingly...it wasn’t competitive and Chaminade only got inside Veros 35 once and that was then end of the first half were they missed a long FG....and considering that this seems a down year for football across the state the 1 point OT win vs Treasure coast and the opening week 7-3 win over American Heritage are huge! With Chaminade stop the RB and hit the QB stop the offense

So Vero beats Chaminade convincingly 21-0 two weeks ago but you put them ahead of Vero this week? Also Vero has 2 less losses and a head to head convincing win....I’m confused

Traditionally Vero much better at home than road as evidenced by our road scores....Vero struggles against athletic defensive lines that get after the QB and struggle against good running backs and dual threat QBS....and Vero normally runs into that type of team on the road in the playoffs around the second round

Let’s be honest this is one of the worst offensive Vero teams Jankowski has had..if the defense didn’t flex there muscle they would have at least 2 losses...I’m not convinced that this years Vero team is better than treasure coast...this is a 2nd rd playoff exit IF they get a home game first round...and for fans of Vero be worried about the offense and defense starters and backups that are seniors!
