Bro that’s what u missing I never brought Dillard into this we were talking about Deerfield & Deerfield only since their continue to be talked about as if their the second coming of de lassele or something I know Dillard isn’t a state championship contender right now but every year Deerfield is picked to win it all and they haven’t shown any reason why they should get all this hype in my opinion their resume isn’t all that impressive and that lost against southridge was not in the finals that was like the 3rd round. But again let’s make this clear we’re not talking about regular season and 2nd or 3rd round accomplishments here we’re talking about a team with ZERO championships in its entire school existence but yet EVERY year they are picked to win it all && every year they end the season with nothing. When they play schools that would even remotely show they are ready to make a serious run they get blasted ...Grayson St. John’s just to name a few. If Dillard was in 8a we would still struggle in the playoffs we would most likely have a better odds of advancing but until Dillard can ply disciplined football and play together with some solid coaching we will always be a first or second round exit at best. I know that the entire Florida know that which is why I’m not praising them to be anything more then that. But Deerfield every year this team is hyped up and do nothing at the end iDC how many transfers they get ...the real question should be what have u done ??? Dillard & Deerfield have the same amount of state titles in the last 3 years & they both have had short playoff runs oh my b except for in 2016 for dfb 

No shade or disrespect to any poster that has posted a topic or thread about these schools. But I’m tired of talking about the same old schools OVER AND OVER!! As if Columbia Oxbridge vero st Thomas Img and the likes of central Viera CCC Pahokee glades Central American heritage plantation or delray. & etc 
you mean to tell me Boyd Anderson hadn’t done anything or generated any news or Dillard or Ely hasn’t got not one transfer or have anything going on ??? 
And let’s say surprisingly they don’t we can at least make threads about different schools that may not be in the national or state limelight on what they can possibly do to get over the hump this year but it seem as if we discuss the same old schools just in different threads.

Sooooo after a few months of looking for another KOC opponent we finally got on and Suprise Suprise another Dade county school is on the schedule lol. This matchup will be very interesting I look forward to this one.

Nobody wants to be the underdog no more there is no loyalty no nothing back in the day u followed tradition. It was a honor to play for schools like Dillard and etc back then you couldn’t wait to be a panther that’s all the old heads would ever talk about schools like Dillard was the place to be in high school. There was pride man. Now with how social media and etc the way it is these kids tryna imitate the pros I mean really kids making a public post of a letter which they had major help or didn’t write their self about what high school their going transferring to next and a signature at the bottom...what the hell. Lol

I believe we can win 2 out of the 4 we actually have a solid coaching staff at the helm a aggressive defense a above avg qb transfer from Deerfield but hey one game at a time

2000 & 2001 we we’re very good to ..also in 2006-2008 we were solid jus so happen tho nationally ranked STA was waiting for us every year in the second round. And after they moved up then came central CC MNW & etc

I can’t stand them they are our most heated rival but to see a school with so much history and pride just like Dillard to see them struggle like that is crazy Dillard and Ely are historical black schools with with heavy heavy tradition. But only 2 wins and 1 wins I don’t think Dillard even had that in a full season this decade. 

Best ? If they don’t have a championship to their obviously not the best in anything the topic should be teams without a title since 2000 because basically that’s what it all boils down to u can go 0-10 & 10-0 and still have something in common no title 

Yea I saw that coach said we will get xs and os figured out jus the overall vibe and attitude of this team is different I wish I can find the video of the td run by our rb the team and coaches stampeded the man they were so happy for him and for once I saw a team it brought tears to my eyes man.

So yeah just have to trust the process. They most def look like a new Dillard but we will see how the summer go. Our 1st 4 games will say a lot.
