If You ask me I believe north Florida has the coaching advantage Where As the south has the over all athletic/speed advantage. Which is why a a below avg north Florida team with great coaching can come to south Florida and play a avg to above avg south Florida team and beat them or go toe to toe with them. As a sports fanatic and former player a lot of south Florida teams especially at the black schools they lack competent coaching which brings forth a lot of undisciplined play. They rely more on athletics down here being able to put run and out jump their opponent. And most times they prevail. But notice when they go up against a school with solid coaching a few athletes they lose.

But smh sheesshhhh well they only won 1 game last year lol

Everything u describe to beat them is not ely lol you have to be well coached and ely is not if you have a well coached avg team in south Florida you can beat 90% of the competition down hear which says a lot.

The fact we won at there place is very impressive

U think ely will match Atlantic Who Many has viewd as one of 7a faves to win it all over the past two or 3 years ? Ely who has finished 1-9 2-8 respectively over the past two years? I’m not even sure ely has a HC yet if so I didn’t hear about it

True True but when you say central should be heavy faves let’s remeber it was 7-6 Dillard after 1st Qt and 28-21 central with 2:06 left on the clock in the 4th. I understand central being faves but HEAVY! faves? I don’t know about that. and I think southridge and Dillard would be a very entertaining game. Dillard brought in a very solid well known OL coach this year and he been getting those boys right the OL got some beef and actually is being taught how to block and get push on both sides of the Ball. We got a Two headed monster at The Rb position and our coaching staff have been beefed up. Dillard is gonna be a force to deal with this year I see us coming out with a full head of steam coming off our first 8-2 season since 08.
