  1. 74 percent for a new product is outstanding. It’s hard to get 74 percent as a human. Lol.

Do you think the winning percentage is higher in these later weeks because there is so many mismatch games, or do you think it’s adjusting week by week and getting better accordingly?

With our next 3 games we can probably can get 60 plus in two of those if not all 3.but if that is the record.to even come close to that would be a feat in its own right. That's not easy to do. And how long ago did they make that record? And what's the closest team that came to breaking it ?

It was 2013. Im not sure much else. I can’t find any other info about most points in a season. They did score 752 total that year including playoffs but the article didn’t mention if that is the all time record for the state

  5. The 2 hardest things keeping Florida from cutting down the classes like they should are the FHSAA, because more brackets means more gate money from extra playoff games. And the coaches/AD’s who want an easier road. Coaches and AD’s are going to want the path to least resistance because it’s job security and legacy on the line. Hell they would probably all be for more classes!

The only positive I can find is the extra games with there being extra brackets is more exposure for kids for college.

The negative is it makes a lot more wasted blowouts and teams advancing further than they ever would if the brackets were trimmed down like they are supposed to be.

So bottom line is the extra exposure for kids worth the poor product and wasted blowouts?

  6. Yes, the records by themselves are somewhat out of context. Because powerhouses in the small classes can beat the tar out of average to below average large schools.

No one ever cries when the public’s beat the privates. The outrage only goes in one direction.

i remember a 2nd round loser in rural beat the 2A private school state champ. No one said a word. Countless of examples.

They need to cut the classes to 5, and have an open championship for any team who gets 5-7 NET (agree on a number) of football transfers. Emphasis on net. Because if you lose 10 guys, 5 isn’t really doing as much as if you lost no one.

If you don’t like it, go to the SSAA or independent. Let stop the participation trophies and watered down blowouts
