They did better than I expected. How long did Dillard have their starters in? I heard STA pulled theirs in the 3rd.
Iknpw it's preseason, and nobody wanted to get any starters hurt, but I hope this is a sign that Dillard can go to Texas, and slay that t team.

Yeah Tampa1, I'm familiar with the Jaguars. My step son plays in TBYFL. And the Nuccio Jaguars are the best team by far across the board.

Stephenville has a stud QB who might be the best in the state. He's super athletic as well. Dillard has to keep Stephenvilles offense off the field.

Maybe try to find some film vs that Mexican team that beat them. Kilgore scored 34 points on them. Find their film and check the offense for Kilgore

I thought Naples was ranked 6th last year at the end. I don't see them going from 6 to unranked.
They killed Immokalee last year, and Immokalee should be in the outside looking in..

There is no way Northview is better than Glades Central.
And I would have East Gadsen in there too.

I think Godby is to high at 5. I also think that Plant is too high at 6.
I think Naples is the most underrated team.

Tampa1, your a King guy right? i wonder why king hasnt been able to make it happen in Hillsborough County. Its in a predominatly black neigborhood in Temple Terrace, and should have some better athletes and results. Maybe all the kids from Nuccio are getting filtered to other high schools. Or they dont have the right mentors, or coaches in place.

Does anyone know if any of the Thurday games will be streamed, or are on TV? It says the Miami Central/Dwyer game is on FoxSports, but i cant find it, and i think they moved it to Saturday. but i want to see the 30 point win STA has this thursday

I found it. The best season in a decade was in 2008, when they went 9-3, and lost 49-8 in the 2nd round. Lol
That was the best of the best when it comes to Dillard.
The second best year in a decade was a 41-12 loss in the 2nd round. Lol

I hope to God that Dillard beats Stephenville this year.
Dillard is very raw who relies on athleticism, but that will get,you creamed by well coached, disciplined teams. And Stephenville is both.
Plus it's away, and Dilard might be rusty coming off a bye, and potentially losing to Plantation in week 1, and getti gcreamed in their classic.
There isn't 1 positive thing to think that Dillard could win this game

It's cool to be proud and confident about your Alma Mater, but it makes you look like you don't know too much about football.
My Alma Mater is Wharton in Tampa. I would be a fool to think they could beat Plant, and go beat Dr Phillips or Manatee in the playoffs.
They are gonna at best, be runner up in the district, and get steamrolled out of the first round by Dr Phillips. I accept it and move on. I don't even go to Wharton games because I'm too busy watching good football at Plant, Armwood, Manatee, etc..
Think with your brain and not your heart. Lol.

It's not our job to coddle these boys. Lol. The fact is Dillard has never done anything in this lifetime, and if you can pull up their best year in school history, please do.
They are going to go 8-3 at best, and that's because the district is so patheitc. It might be the worst district in the top 5 classes.
All I want from Dillard is to go Texas and pull out a win.

They are gonna be fighting Hallandale for the district. No one wants to lose, and have to play Central as punishment in the first round. Lol.

Dillard is gonna start the season with a 30 point loss, and end the season with a 30 point loss. Lol

STA is gonna beat Dillard by 30 plus points. It's gonna be about 38-7

STA is much more disciplined, and Northwestern is too raw to compare. The athletes for Northwestern will not be able to handle the intelligence and athleticism of STA. it's hard to explain, but STA has football players who are more than just fast. They overall are more complete football players.
I see this as a big time win. Something like 31-10 STA

There is one thing I can tell you. Dillard has a zero percent chance of beating Central. They are the number 1 team in the country for a reason.
I honestly want Dillard to be as great as you say so they can hopefully win in Texas
