Lowndes destroyed miami northwestern last time man.

Northwestern is big and fast but they aren’t anywhere near as well-coached or disciplined as the 954 schools. Sure, in Miami they’re very talented; maybe even more-so than their Fort Lauderdale counterparts, but they commit a lot of senseless penalties and make poor mistakes that will cost them points and decent field position. Case in point, Miami schools are known for having very poor special teams play. In my eyes, special team performance is the most important part of the game of American Football; one screw-up could cost you the game on a blocked field goal or muffed punt.

This is not the case with STA or AHP. When Venice played AHP in 2020, every time the Patriots had to punt we were starting inside our own 15 on every single drive, even when they were past the 50. This level of coaching is almost unheard of but the Lauderdale schools accomplish this discipline in every game. But, I digress. If Lowndes is going to beat AHP they will need to be impossibly disciplined in every phase of the game and use every card in their deck to throw the Patriots off their spot. It’s not going to happen that way, though.

Yes , yes they played last season.  And yes because Florida high destroyed trinity christian.  And chaminade Madonna but loss .

Fleming will obtain 300 rushing yards on American Heritage? Look up some film on the AHP Patriots before you make insane statements like that. Them and STA are the kings of the 954. They would run little Florida High into the ground through the pavement. I don’t even have a problem with North Florida ball but that’s just the way it is. Bring Madison County down south to the 954 or the 305 and see if they can score once before it’s 56-0.  South Florida ball is on another level period. You have to see it to believe it. Those coaches work their kids into the ground to obtain that success and those kids just fire right back. They would beat the Cowboy off of Madison County’s helmet before the first half was through. Soflo runs Florida ball and if you don’t believe, have Mike Coe schedule one of those squads and find out.

In 2019 lakewood got ran over by madison county.  The same lakewood who should have beat booker t Washington.  Yall would be in a battle with Madison year in and year out. How is trinity christian owning American heritage?

Trinity Christian played a really solid game when they beat AHP 3-0. Defense balled out for sure.

He is not going for 300 on AHP. He probably won't hit 300 against any of their competition. Any given Friday, Saturday or Sunday depending on circumstances any team is capable of winning. But from what I know about football the only American Heritage Florida High is the one out of Delray.

Madison only wants to play the little 1A teams with like 25 players on their roster , thats why they want Districts back because they cant find any 1A teams who will play them in the regular season. If nobody will play them they might have to travel to South Florida

They should at least schedule some tough North Florida teams. Bolles, TCA, TC, Columbia, Hawthorne, hell even schools like Cocoa and Osceola aren’t horribly far away, all things considered. They need to play some better teams if they want to begin constructing recognition. They are a dominant force in 1A, but I feel like any large school with decent coaching would be. That’s why the FHSAA need to cut down from 8 classes to 6, and perhaps even create a 0A for the traditional 1A schools that continue to struggle to field a football team while getting smacked around by schools with much larger enrollment than theirs. Schools like Baker, Union County, Hawthorne, and Hallandale would benefit immensely from such a system.

Agree with you , 1A was not suppose to be were you could create a charter school so you could drop down in class.Thats why this whole Metro/Suburban about fairness and tired of the same teams winning then what did they do to 1A were the same team will win every year. The only way for us true 1A teams to compete with a school twice our size is to do like Hawthorne and bring in like 10 starters from different schools but the problem is most 1A schools don't have the luxury of Hawthorne and be located in a county with 300,000 people were lucky to have 20,000.But isn't this what they say is why they need a split is because of the transfers and that is our only chance to compete with Madison is to do exactly that.
