I'll start with mainland

 

They are my current favorite to win 6a so that's why I have them at 2      -  Isn't Deerfield Beach your current favorite to beat Apopka in 8A?

 

 

 

 

And reason I used this game as example was the point out they about to play a top 10 team in my rankings and the Dr Phillips blowout win when Apopka won by a point is huge reason for mainland being so high on list but your free to make your list if you choose too :)  - So you apply that logic but obviously don't apply the same logic with STA in South Florida.    If that is the case then Jackson and Central should be ranked above STA as should Carol City because they smashed Central who smashed BTW who beat STA.  That is essentially the same logic you use with Mainland, Apopka and Dr. Phillpis, right?  Am

 

 

 

As for Lakeland vs armwood I feel Lakeland and plant are about as close as I saw Oxbridge and mainland or as I saw Niceville and Crestview so I feel Lakeland would beat armwood if they played       I dont understand what you are saying here...

 

 

Also Lakeland came in at 4 in my 7A list while armwood came in at 8 in my 6A list         -6A is better then 7A - Does that make any sense to you?

 

 

May not be the most perfect list but no list is, but also to be fair I made this one from scratch at mid season, this list will be better once I've done it for a few weeks but in mean time feel free to make your own list since I am curious how you would rank the top 25 - I could make a list with 25 teams right now but about 22 of them would be in no specific order.  I honestly don't feel I can make a ranked list at this point......I will make my list when things get sorted out a little further.

Jones is athletic and for real. I think they will give Cocoa a game, but in the end lose. I think if their defense was as good as their offense, they would make a run at State. I am glad they are back

This is a good list. The only team missing is Nicevile, who I think is better than Armwood this year and should be knocking on the top 10. I would, also, probably put Vero Beach in in place of either

Really hard time to be doing a poll but my first question would be why Mainland is #2? I am not denying they are a top team in state but just trying to figure out how you are rating your teams?

I have seen Mainland live. They do have an excellent offense. However, while the defense is very good, I think it would keep them from being the number two team in Florida. They also lack a really top to bottom special teams. I will say, though, that they probably score multiple times against any team in the state. In a top twenty five, I would put them somewhere between 5 and 10.
