i did list the teams i felt had a shot to beat them this year like a week or 2 ago (one of them being lake gibson) so that kinda a lazy way of looking at it since i stated after they beat vanguard that i could see lake gibson winning lol

the biggest thing is it seems armwood gets too much credit, they usually beat teams not even close to their level but when they play someone at their level they usually lose and usually play at best 2 good teams before going to states

 

so not too crazy to say i can see a team catching up to them in what appears to be a stronger 6a north then its been in a while and region 2 finally having a competitive team to go against armwood for first time in a while

 

would you agree lake gibson and vanguard is better then gainsville team last year?

How can you pick a team and then not even know whee the game is being played?  The game is at Lake Gibson.  I have seen both teams play this year and I'm not sure Lake Gibson can score enough points on Armwood. I will take Armwood on the road 24-14

My question is this. How is Armwood in the North Bracket and teams further North of them in the South Bracket? Teams like New Smyrna, Matanzas, Deltona, Seabreeze, and Mainland. I mean Matanzas is almost to Jacksonville.

How do you think a lot of SFL teams look at Columbia's schedule?  Miami Central for example.

I am looking at Armwood and Columbia's schedule right not to date through Lake Gibson and Lee and to be honest there is not much difference to me overall versus the Armwood schedule... Columbia's is slightly harder.

How does your schedule look you don't get to play and be TCA's sacrificial lamb on Sept. 3?  That game came out of the blue ( due to weather)  as a great opportunity for Columbia, remember?

We should have had both

 

I said to anyone who would listen that they should have moved Bolles game up a day and play on Thursday but Appartley it's only gonna be Friday night or Saturday at noon

 

For some reason Columbia doesn't host on Thursday

Something to think about ....Perhaps the problem might have to do with the other 37 teams in Regions 1 & 2 being of poor quality in recent years...considering what has been happening to Armwood at States????

If Armwood was moved up to 7A , do you realize the disaster the State Championships would have been the last few years with the 6A North rep versus Miami Central?  Look what they did to Armwood and imagine what they would have done to the other 37....Armwood has the been the only team that could feasibly compete with the 6A South Rep.  That is a fact.
