Dominick Watt transfers from McArthur to Miramar

"nothing personal its just business" and here is one ive seen a few times recently "I will be not be answering any questions about my decision"......This is getting really out of hand. what i mean is not the transfers but the announcements. Nothing says "its all about me" like these dang announcements. These are just kids and no one is helping them when it comes to social media. I mean when a college coach sees this it sets off an alarm. I am not saying that every athlete should be humble but at the very least use common sense. There has to be a coach, parent, or some adult that informs these kids about this stuff. there are way too many hype men out there and not enough positive role models for these student athletes.

Agree. If it is was just " business" why the need to broadcast it on social media...

"Respect my decision" "Not personal it's business" and you have to make sure you thank your prior school for everything even though you're leaving. hashtag #blessed

Remember the good ol days when kids just picked the hat on signing day? lol now kids are committing to high school transfers. Craziness.

Coaches thank the kids n school before the leave to other schools too lol... But I feel you tho..

Back to the days of when I was in high school for Flanagan. Some talent but not enough to make an impact. Add to that no allure of bringing outside kids to the school and they'll be fortunate to be middle of the pack in that district.

They ever going to recover?

There are a few rumors going around on the fall of Flanagan that I will not post on here. ZoeBoy you know the deal.....

They may recover back to a 6-4, 7-3 type team in the future, but not anytime soon.

They had a great HC and staff that gave them a nice 4 year run. Most of the kids in that run played youth ball together and fulfilled their mission together.

It is safe to say we will not see a Flanagan team of that caliber anytime soon. Flanagan is going to pay dearly in 2017 for the 4 year reign they held over Miramar.

I will be surprised if Flanagan wins 3 games this year. Still have the baddest unis in the state IMO though....lol

The rich get richer...

2020 DB Benjamin Onwuzo has transferred from Flanagan to Chaminade-Madonna.

2020 RB/ SB Nathaniel Noel has transferred from Flanagan to Miami Northwestern.

Saw a couple clips of him (He doesn't have much yet), but the kid has MOVES.   If he gets bigger he's going to be someone to look out for in the future.

Yeah honestly, I think Flanagan was more of a flash in the pan.   A special group of kids went there and they had a nice run, and their 2015 team was ELITE.  I think they will go back to being just an average Broward public school team.  It would of been nice to see them go out and whoop a perennial OOS powerhouse that year.   Maybe one day they bounce back.

    • It would weed out the bad teams that are not championship material. The cream would rise to the top. So once the the teams ranked in the 400’s and 500’s were gone after the first round like they should be, it would start to get to the point only good teams are left. The last couple rounds would be the best of the best. One true state champion.    Watering down the classes and letting teams who normally would have no business winning a title advance further than they should is like letting a toddler hold a fake steering wheel and pretend he’s driving. It’s not real. And it doesn’t prepare the kids for real life. It makes them think they are better than they really are.
    • Buy Azithromycin Online is a handy antibiotic you can buy online to treat specific bacterial infections. It’s great for things like respiratory infections (think coughs and sore throats), skin infections, ear infections, and even some sexually transmitted infections like chlamydia. One cool thing about it is that you usually only need to take it for a short time, usually around five days. Just remember, it’s super important to take the full course even if you start feeling better before it’s done. This helps make sure the infection is completely gone and doesn’t come back stronger. Like with any medication, there can be side effects, like upset stomach or diarrhea, so it’s always good to talk to your doctor or pharmacist first, especially if you have any health conditions or are taking other meds. Overall, Azithromycin can be an effective and convenient option for treating bacterial infections when used correctly.
    • Okay, how about that STA vs. Ida Baker matchup in your first round?  Does your analogy extend to South Florida slappies?  My opinion is simply that no one (except CoachGraham, apparently) would be interested in the 1 vs. 512, 2 vs. 511, and 200 other mismatches such a format would produce, regardless of geography.  But I could be wrong.  And now I'm thinking I should have skipped college.
