Yea i think it was mentioned earlier last week but i hope FPC is back

No telling yet, I know they got an enormous Dline transfer from south broward, but have to replace almost every receiver. The trip to dorman will be tough.

Well Columbia I can tell you the summer before one of our worst seasons I was there, we scrimmaged Columbia 5 times and won 4 all while the cried we were this massive 8a school (2400 students to columbias 2000ish) even getting in a fight the last game because we bombed them up for a 40 yd td on the last play already up 3 tds. And Columbia went to the 4th round that year. So I would have loved to scrimmage them when we were actually good.

It will be tough for them, and for the record I only have an affiliation with FPC from 2011-16. Ever since they changed the zones to where the Fort Pierce kids really only go to Westwood the talent pool within the school has shrunk significantly. I even think you'll be pleased with a supposed FPC transfer that's coming your way in the fall. Think Patrick bethel hype.

😂 accually we are around 1850 and one of smallest 7a schools but that is meaningless since we proved that year we can handle 7a and the fight just goes to show how serious we take any opportunity to play other teams

But really only way to truly see how good teams are are how you do in the fall on the field

 

Spring games and summer scrimmages can be useful for evaluation of the coming season but usually is not the complete roster as some quit and some get fall transfers (we had both cases after that scrimmage at ucf)

 

Also some players are ready week 1 but some need a few weeks to hit stride

Losing to 5-loss Viera by 3 scores at home in 2015 and then losing in the second round in 2016.

Our first year in 7a we go further then we had in a decade, shows how little you know bout Columbia and we don't have to grab 25 D1 athletes like sta to get to 4th round

Including 29 point victory @Bolles who was undefeated and 2nd and 3rd round a running clock and 6 games straight before viera we scored 30 points or more and final 4 games before viera we scored 40 or more

 

But yet he only talks bout viera just so he can hype up sta beating viera

We were the best offense in north Florida and just had a off night against a talented team

I think you know what I meant, don't take this personal. It's the same reason some others on here like to go at you constantly about the same things over and over. You took a shot at the school I used to work at I took a shot back, it's all good fun. You're a very passionate fan just like the old timers that go to FPC games from their state championship team in '71. When typically they believe their team should win every game and when they don't look for reasons like injuries or bad calls. Not saying you did this for your instance in question. I just know it happens and I get it. I'm not going to go back through months and months of discussion board threads for something this meaningless. I will say one thing about summer scrimmages though, I agree 100% that the fall is all that matters.
