& that’s exactly what I saw from Dillard ALL 4 quarters last night, FILTH!! 
 

From b4 the game even started tonight just gave shitty vibes. The game started at 7pm. BUT Dillard football team, band & cheerleaders didn’t get there until 7:05pm! & dillards campus is 4 miles away from plantation field. Why they was all late I have no clue. But yet had all the energy to get into a mid field verbal brawl with plantation as soon as they walked on the field. I get it this game had been hyped for weeks , a few of Dillard players transferred to plantation & vice versa & plantation really wanted this game being that they lost to Dillard 5 str8 years but come on man. 
 

1st qt Dillard gets a stop on defense drive the ball to plantation 5 yard line only to have their FGA blocked & returned for a touchdown. Dillard proceeds to fall behind 13-0 to end the 1st qt. 
 

2nd Qt Dillard gets it to 7-13, only to have plantation qb whose all of 5’3 be tackled in the backfield on 4th down at midfield , only so Dillard thought cuz that short mf escaped out that sack & bout time any Dillard player noticed he was down the sideline for a TD , 2pt attempt good it’s 21-7 plant at the half. 
 

3rd Qt Dillard gets it to 21-14 going into the 4th. Even tho everytime we did score it was like pulling teeth to do so. No type of flow all game.
 

4th Qt- 4 Min left in the game, plantation has 4th & 3 from Dillards 48 yard line, of course plantation goes for it I mean ? Why not their home as the underdog, been leading all game so atp they have all the momentum as they did all game. & you guessed it the colonels go for it on a bomb down the sideline (YOU CANT MAKE THIS UP) Dillards corner back goes for the interception (GETS IT), but soon after bobbles it , drops it the plantation receiver catches it & take it in for the touchdown 27-14 Plantation. 
 

with 3 Min left Dillard gets in the end zone to make it 27-21 The Dillard faithful is going crazy on a standing room only away side the band blowing. Dillard proceeds to get a stop on 4th down & drives the ball to plantation 20 yard line. 
 

on 4th & 3 with 28 seconds to go dillards quarterback hikes the ball & when he seen no one was open , instead of running the ball getting a easy first down & do a quick kneel for 1 to more plays possibly, he BACKPEDALS & gets SACKED!!!!!! Back at their 40 yard line for a turnover on downs plantation take over. BALL GAME

in retrospect the difference maker in this game was really the blocked field goal for the TD , but dam that!! This was a UGLY UGLY UGLY UGLY!!!! Ass lost. You let a underdog at home get momentum & stay around in the game this is exactly what you get a FAT ASS LOST!

Dillard still has a lot of potential but if they don’t fix this Bamboo ass Shxt Quick it’s gonna be a LOOOOONG SEASON!, congrats to plantation for snapping their 5 consecutive year losing streak to Dillard but DAMMIT this 1 here got me pissed tf off.

Way diff something was off with them last night & plantation was desperate to end that 5 year losing streak. Should’ve seen them after the game you would’ve thought they just won the championship.

Maybe this is what Dillard needs. To be humbled and get back to basics. That any me-first players better get the F back in line and realize it takes a TEAM effort!!! 
 

Time to get back to the drawing board. Readjust the focus.

Tough night, Dillard. Hope is becomes a learning experience for everyone involved. Not like you don't already know, but your panthers gotta get ready for an Ely team that hung 70 points on a weak BA team. But it looks like Ely's program been turning around. Keep your head up and get ready for the next one!
