Week 1 is over with & it was Most definitely a must see. But it don’t get any less exciting or easier in week 2. It’s a lot on the line and can really determine the trajectory of some of these teams season.

MIAMI NORTHWESTERN (1-0) @ VENICE (1-0) this game here is gonna be crazy. Many expected Venice to be down but after putting 63 on a very good TBT team got the state talking. Add to the mix Venice put up over 60 on MNW @ Traz just a season ago is gonna me big for a revenge game for the bulls.

Now in regards to the bulls it’s so amazing what a great coaching staff can do for even a semi good team. Bridgewater got his offense operating like a team fresh out the NFL. It’s a thing of beauty to see I can’t even lie.

PREDICTION: sheessh this game can go either way butttttt I’ll roll with MNW 38 VENICE 31

WESTERN (0-1) @ AMERICAN HERITAGE (0-1)

western dropped a close game to a shell of their former selves Hoover team who is long past their glory days , add that with this is suppose to be westerns *MOST TALENTED TEAM EVER* dropping this game will put them at (0-2) with games Vs STA & CHAMINADE still to go on the schedule.

Now for the patriots they played a very good game vs Milton but just felt short , the patriots really need this game at home because if they fall (0-2) here their next 3 games are @ CHAMINADE @ NAPLES @ MIAMI CENTRAL

With Games Vs MIAMI NORLAND & VS ST THOMAS AQUINAS. So for American heritage they have Very VERY little room for error because what was once a potential promising season could very well turn into a disaster Quickly.

PREDICTION AHP 31 WESTERN 14

CHAMINADE (0-1) @ BLANCHE ELY (1-0)

The lions are still VERY VERY VERY Good despite them losing a lot and they showed that on national tv in regards of the close lost.

Now for the Tigers , Just how GOOD is tigers this year ? They put up 26 in a 37-26 lost to American heritage in the KOC then put up 70 on a terrible terrible Boyd Anderson team , but this week they step up in class in a BIG WAY , are they ready ? Is this the tigers year ?

PREDICTION: CHAMINADE 42 BLANCHE ELY 21

MIRAMAR (0-1) @ PLANTATION (1-0)

the patriots who is very solid with a very nasty defense was shutout 27-0 to Miami Norland with a solid schedule they can’t afford to drop to (0-2)

now the colonels after losing to Dillard 5 str8 years the Colonels faithful stormed their home field after stunning Dillard 27-21 last Friday. Now the question is was it more of plantation being better then even I thought or was Dillard the better team and just played a shitty game that night. We will find out this week.

PREDICTION: MIRAMAR 28 PLANTATION 21

DILLARD (0-1) @ STRANAHAN (0-0) - the dragons was off last week with a first week bye

DILLARD on the other hand SMH fell short on a come back last week vs their rival plantation on the road which is retrospect I’m glad they didn’t win they didn’t deserve to. Arriving to the stadium  at 7pm when the game started at 7 when the school is less then 4 miles away. Then proceeded to look completely unprepared for a game against their cross town rival in all facets.

the panthers CANNOT!! Afford to drop to (0-2) in a season that has shown promise. Granted everything is still ahead of them to accomplish that but they better come out with their heads on fire against another cross down rival who was very active in the recruiting department & will be hyped for this game as they haven’t beaten Dillard in almost 2 DECADES!!!

PREDICTION: DILLARD 35 STRANHAN 14

CAROL CITY (1-0) VS MIAMI NORLAND (1-0) is the chiefs back !?! lol this is gonna be a good game

PREDICTION- MIAMI NORALND 35 CAROL CITY 14

BOOKER T (1-0) Vs PALMETTO (1-0) BOTH teams had good victories in week 1 ESPECIALLY palmetto this can go either way.

PREDICTION: BOOKER T 21 PALMETTO 14

I watched the AHP game vs Milton.  Good lawd Milton had high-D1 players all over the field!  How do these GA power teams get so stacked?  It's not just Milton, but Grayson, North Gwinnet, Lee County, Bufurd, Loundes, etc.  The list goes on.  Florida has the most talent of any state but for some reason our top teams don't seem to be as strong as the top GA and TX teams.  Texas I understand because they have mega-sized schools, deep funding, top-tier coaching and a great QB development system.  Why does GA kick our butts though?

Less volume of schools in close proximity so they can literally have every student in a 5-10 mile radius. Went to school up at Savannah staye so Alot of it I witnessed first hand. Schools like grayson, milton, thompson & buford all have fruitful pickings. Whereas down here our schools are right on top of eachother.

I would also add that their coaching is vastly superior to ours down here. In Texas, Ga & Cali they actually run pro style type offenses where 95% of the schools down here run a Pop Warner back yard type offense that’s easily defended by a well coached team.

also them guys out of state are better conditioned. Yea we got speed , but just speed alone is not gonna vastly put us over the top like it used to and last week showed that.

Everything your saying is true. Georgia gets to a certain enrollment and boom the school is considered overcrowded and that could be 1600 students.

Now Florida is the opposite. You have to be pushing 3000 or more and still you might not be considered overcrowded.

Cypress Bay 4720

Great game Venice.  You have my respect. Interior of dline has to get better for NW.. we have a few big bodies out. But they will be coached and will be better.  Probably won't see a team like Venice rest of the season. But if you playing NW you definitely have to score over 40 to beat us lol.

Will be rooting for you guys to win every game from here on out. My heart was beating a mile a second and it was hard to breathe when Venice scored the game-winning TD, and the moments after. Hope I'm never a part of a game like that again. Too damn stressful, LOL.

I said on Scorestream to come say hi before the game!

What a great game. I think both teams matured in a big way in this one. You would think by the score that the defenses were non-existent. I think both actually played well. For the most part, the refs stayed out of the game (except on extra points) and let the kids play.

It was a fantastic game and well worth the drive from Fort Pierce. Both are loaded with size and speed. Looking at the physical makeup of the Venice team, it looks like they have an outstanding S&C program. Best of luck to both teams the rest of the year.

That was a great game. We sat close to the NW contingent, and they were loud and rowdy. It reminded me of the fans back in Virginia where I grew up. We'd love to go to a home game at NW either this year or next. How is the parking there and do you have any good recommendations for mom-n-pop restaurants in the area?

The food choices in the area are abundant. Parking is good at Traz most times unless they’re playing Central. Traz is an experience in itself. In my honest opinion it rivals Texas’ best venues during big games. The Mecca of Highschool Football.

Appreciate the info. I always try to check out the parking if it's somewhere I've never been to see if it's okay to bring the car or if I need to bring the truck if I'm going to have to park off road.
