Among his favorites are two Florida schools. But neither is a lock.

Beyond that, mum's the word. He won't announce till National Signing Day.

Yeah rumors I've been hearing from Gville are that UF and UNC are the big leaders, but who knows.

William Barnes and Ed Montilus are going to be a force for Apopka in the trenches this year.   How does Apopka produce so many good offensive lineman lol?  It's impressive!

We have had a lucky streak beginning with RD's oldest son Ty who played Center at Oklahoma. A good, long time OL coaching staff helped, together with a very solid strength and conditioning program. But there has been an element of good luck involved, which kind of goes in cycles.

Apopka has an interesting lineup going into the season. A lot of experience on both lines, coupled with relative inexperience at the skill positions due to both graduation and some transfers out.

How the team does against: Mainland, Lakeland, Norland and Dr. Phillips early in the season will say a lot about where this team ranks statewide.
