I don't think anyone is taking GC for a joke. You are one of the guys on the sideline, so of course you are going to feel like the team is ready. You have to understand from the outside looking in, that GC has a Coaching change after a 6-5 season. They also lost alot of fire power. Yes some talent returned and transferred in, but that doesn't mean people will just jump and say that GC is back. Respect is earned on the field. Tell those boys to be hungry.

Welcome to the board, A-Town661!   Just do us all a favor.  Win or Lose for GC , ride through the season with us!  One of traits of a few Muck posters in the past is they vanish off the face of the earth if their team(s) lose in November.   They go into a cave and then comeback like clockwork over the summer.... I'm not making that up , several on this board can attest to that over the last few years.

 

BOL to your Raiders this year.  Any thoughts or predictions on the outcome of this very relevant week 1 game with Glades Central hosting University School?

Glades played to the nation in the early to mid 2000's. It hurts to fall from such a high spot in life, but life isn't over yet and maybe this is the year for Glades. You never know.

I've seen some great athlete's come out of Glades Central. I expect there are more to come.

Good Luck this season, and maybe you and Cocoa can have a rematch for regions.

No. It's will be close GC winning by 7-10. I'm just trash talkin to Uschool ever since they put their flags and those championships belts and made that video the first time we played them it's been war ever since we don't like them that what I want to be a blowout but it's probably won't I'll take a win by any means....

      First I want to express my apologies for my absence the last few months. Without going into much detail I have had some personal life struggles I have been dealing with on top of figuring out the direction to take FloridaHSFootball.com in. Things have finally settled out some over the last few weeks although I am not completely out of the woods just yet. Some of the decisions about what direction to take FloridaHSFootball.com have been forming over this time while I went through things. Part of me wondered if it was time to go, but really it is not at all. Thankfully, a loyal supporter near me in Gainesville decided to put their mouth where their money is and did a little investing and today FloridaHSFootball.com launched its first-ever Mobile App. With that said it comes with the sunset of the MVP Membership Subscriptions and thus FloridaHSFootball.com will be 100% free for the first time in a while. This comes as needing to get the clearances with Apple and Google and the current subscription platform we have is not syncing with Apple's system nor with the App itself. Its best we go in this direction to grow fans again and being able to put them facing forward with an app on their phone going forward. It seems every day these things find ways to pass through control systems.       They can definitely beat Central. My bulls is a toss up but I feel we should have the edge. EJ will be hard to stop though. Glad they not in 2A with us.
