I thought we was a year away from being better

Including Pahokee, the 9 teams you played are 24-43. So if just making the playoffs mean GC is back, then I guess. I mean yall a year away from actually making some noise in the playoffs. Just like this Pahokee team is a year away from making some noise the playoffs because this is the first year a lot of our players are playing

Oh lawd

15 (freshman) fumbled the first play of the third quarter and 17 almost threw an interception on the next possession. 12 came back in about 3 minutes left in the third and led the team to a touchdown

Remember  when you said Glades Central wasn't a threat to Pahokee? That cardinal newman and palm beach central  were your only toughest  games. Some many teams made that same mistake this season..... like Seminole Ridge, Sebring ,Kings Academy ,and now your Pahokee Blue Devil.

You got to understand Glades  Central  finds ways to win ugly or pretty.

I predicted 8-2 or 7-3 and that was before knowing 4 starters transferred (2 to GC and 2 to Moore Haven). We got the 3, I knew this wasn’t one of our better teams.

Because you 1st string Qb is a runner not a thrower lol.

Coming into the game we averaged nearly the same passing yards and touchdowns per game. I guess the coaches thought they could just ground and pound y’all and they couldn’t.

We had a blast last night, and my hat is off to both teams and all the fans. This was our first Muck Bowl and hopefully it'll be a staple on our schedule. The only thing I'd do different is skip eating at a restaurant, bring a couple of lawn chairs and have our own tailgate with some food off those food trucks and just sit back and enjoy people watching. The crowd and atmosphere was like a trip in time to my old Virginia home town when we would play our biggest rival who was only 3 miles up the road from us. Both towns combined had about 5K or so people, but there were some crowds for that game that exceeded 7K when they were both unbeaten. My thanks to both of these fan bases for giving me that feeling again.

Glades Central. It was filling up fast and I saw a saw a block of open seats up close to the top. We'll probably sit on Pahokee's side next year, but it'll really depend on what's available when we get in.
