Glades Central and Oak Leaf- I think GC will have a rough year this year, Hester just coming back trying to bring some of that glory back to this program. I thinking Oak Leaf win this one by at least 2 TD's

Atlantic and Dwyer- ATL had a shocker last week and so did Dwyer but this one I think Atlantic gets on track with a big win over Dwyer by at least 10 points 

Palm Beach Central and MCC- I think this PBC team will be a sleeper throughout this year I think they will pull out another impressive win this week by at least 14 

Big win for Oxbridge last night even though flanagan down winning by 60 points is still pretty good

Vero and Wellington- Vero beach is probably the best team in 8a right now I see Wellington losing this one by 28

I don't know if we are the best team in 8a as of now we gotta see around WK 5

Seminole Ridge went up to Memphis University High School in TN and pulled out the 20-19 upset.  Memphis University High School is almost always a top 20 TN team and generally a top 10  TN team in recent years.  MP currently has Memphis University High School at 18 in TN.

Very quality win for 8A-9  Seminole Ridge who is next at PB Gardens on 9/15.

      It would weed out the bad teams that are not championship material. The cream would rise to the top. So once the the teams ranked in the 400’s and 500’s were gone after the first round like they should be, it would start to get to the point only good teams are left. The last couple rounds would be the best of the best. One true state champion.    Watering down the classes and letting teams who normally would have no business winning a title advance further than they should is like letting a toddler hold a fake steering wheel and pretend he’s driving. It’s not real. And it doesn’t prepare the kids for real life. It makes them think they are better than they really are.

      Okay, how about that STA vs. Ida Baker matchup in your first round?  Does your analogy extend to South Florida slappies?  My opinion is simply that no one (except CoachGraham, apparently) would be interested in the 1 vs. 512, 2 vs. 511, and 200 other mismatches such a format would produce, regardless of geography.  But I could be wrong.  And now I'm thinking I should have skipped college.
