How many points can you score in a short period of time!

South Lake had a district matchup with Davenport, Thursday night.   First 1/4  south Lake scored its first points with 7:24 to go. at 6:37 to go 15-0, at 4:40 to go it was 22-0, at 3:39 to go  29-0, 3:29 to go, 35-0. 41-0 with 0:50 to go 1st!   In recap thats 41 points in 6:34 on the clock!

Wow that’s crazy: sometimes I will call bad varsity teams glorified JV teams. 
 

@Beek did Davenport look like a JV team? Meaning are there JV teams that could hang with them and beat them?

Not trying to be offensive. We played our JV against them in the 2nd half and was 0-0  but in our second drive, and the only 2 of the 2nd half we got with a running clock our JV drove to the 5 yd line and finished there with time running out.  Davenport has some dudes, they dont have enough coaches to get them prepared. I talked to the DC, an ex coach of mine. they are so under staffed that they cant make forward moves!  We are coming off a lose (which , in my opinion we needed). We refocused this week, as players and a staff. We came out ready and willing to sacrifice to win!  Also everything that could have gone wrong for them did!
