Print Screen... paste into Paint... crop as need. and when you have a message you can choose a file to add.

Its still disrespectful to only give them a 2 paragraph write up for a state semifinal game. 

I circle Madison County (Pahokee is off map). Basically, if you put Madison in the North Region you are taking them away from most of the teams they will play in every other sport.
