Orange County Coaches-Who Is Where and How Long?

Orange County Head Coaches

23%(5/22) of the coaches below are new.

50%(11/22) have been at their present school 1 year or less.

36%(8/22) have been at their present school 5 years or more.

Relative to other other populous counties, Orange County has a good number of seasoned/tenured coaches.  However, with 50% of coaches at their school 1 year or less, it reflects a substantial amount of "churn." 

The more tenured coaches are all at the more successful programs(the first list below).  All of the coaches at the less successful programs(the second list below) are new/newer.   One wonders if they will stay at those schools long enough to build a foundation of winning.
