Welp. Here we are. First time in over a decade that I won't be in a press box on Friday night.

In the coming weeks, I hope to satisfy my "Friday Night fix" by taking a tour of the state. While my focus will be on South Florida, I plan on venturing out of the 561 to take in the best matchup of the week. I will be joined by my trusty sidekick, my nine-year-old son. Pictures. Videos. In-game updates. Restaurant and concession stand reviews. We'll have it all, so buckle up!

Not sure there is any reason to leave Palm Beach County this week. Heck of a slate in the 561. I will be in Delray on Thursday night for Miami Central-Atlantic, and on Friday, I plan to walk across the street for the battle of PBC. Let me know if you will be at either of the two. Would love to grab a burger and talk some ball.

I would love to see both those games if i was down there but I'll be down in Bradenton watching Columbia go up against nationally ranked IMG Academy

7-6 Atlantic with 11:24 left in the second. 

Miami Central offense deep in Atlantic territory to start the second. They turn it over on downs. Next play 78 to the house. 

305 fans can feel free to disagree, but this is the most organized and efficient Rockets offense I have seen in years.

A beautiful scene for an XDC: a defensive battle.

5-0 PBC at the half.

Outside of a twenty yard bubble, nothing for Dwyer offensively. 

PBC has connected on two play action shots, one of which led to a FG. 

Interesting vibe looking at the Dwyer sideline. More to come.

Dwyer takes advantage of a short field to cut the lead to two. 5-3 PBC with 10:46 left.

PBC allowed Dwyer Q (Oxbridge transfer) to break the pocket twice for first downs. Outside of that, a fifteen-yard penalty was how they moved the ball. Still not much offensively from WTD.

      First I want to express my apologies for my absence the last few months. Without going into much detail I have had some personal life struggles I have been dealing with on top of figuring out the direction to take FloridaHSFootball.com in. Things have finally settled out some over the last few weeks although I am not completely out of the woods just yet. Some of the decisions about what direction to take FloridaHSFootball.com have been forming over this time while I went through things. Part of me wondered if it was time to go, but really it is not at all. Thankfully, a loyal supporter near me in Gainesville decided to put their mouth where their money is and did a little investing and today FloridaHSFootball.com launched its first-ever Mobile App. With that said it comes with the sunset of the MVP Membership Subscriptions and thus FloridaHSFootball.com will be 100% free for the first time in a while. This comes as needing to get the clearances with Apple and Google and the current subscription platform we have is not syncing with Apple's system nor with the App itself. Its best we go in this direction to grow fans again and being able to put them facing forward with an app on their phone going forward. It seems every day these things find ways to pass through control systems.       They can definitely beat Central. My bulls is a toss up but I feel we should have the edge. EJ will be hard to stop though. Glad they not in 2A with us.

      Blountstown at WS Neal AL Sept 27th. Also the Tate vs. Faith Academy game is no more. Tate will be playing Escambia instead now.
