Since 2010, 9 teams in the larger classifications (5A-8A) have made the Final 4 of their respective classification 4 times or more?  Who are those teams?

I know my first 4 are certain because all 4 have been to at least 4 state championships this decade

6 of the 9 are below.  There are 3 more.  Anyone else who has not guessed yet want to take a try?  One is from central Florida and the other is from south Florida.
