Over the years, the Power 5 FL universities (UF, UM, FSU) have been home to a number of excellent, Florida-bred quarterbacks.  Those are becoming more and more rare.

In fact, since 2000, only 4 qb's who played their high school ball in Florida were the primary qb starter at one of the Big 3 FL universities during their senior years. 

Who are they, at what school did they play in college, and at what school did they play hs ball?
