Just wondering how pinkos  figures his power rankings he has Baker in his power 5 and left PSJ out Baker's opponents have a combined record of 5-11 and have  only played one school outside of 1A.

Pinkos rankings factor in margin of victory.  I've observed this over the years.  If a team is favored to win by 10 points and the win by 20, their power ranking goes up.  But lets say he has a team favored to win by 40 and they only win by 30.  Their power ranking goes down all because they decided not to run the score up.

So, Lakeland is predicted to win by 84. If they take their foot off the gas and put reserves in, they're power ranking goes down. If they keep their foot on the gas and win by 84 or more, they get accused of running up the score.

Thankfully, the only rankings that truly matter is who has the most points at the end of the final game of the season.
