Deerfield Beach is #1 with 12 wins. DisabledAccount Posted October 2, 2018 Report Posted October 2, 2018 8 hours ago, “PANTHER NATION(CODE BLUE) said: True neighborhood rival ...either sta just got much better or Dillard philosophy and coaching methods has changed That's the biggest change When Dillard had coaching they had stability and players wanted to be a part of the Dillard brand Once the coaching there was no longer stable the program dropped off which is why you usually see so many programs with consistent coaching that tend to have the most success overall Yeah some teams get by on talent but in most cases the ones who have stability at the coaching spot are the teams who have the most success Idk if Dillard will ever truly return to what they had in 80s or 90s simply because the area has changed a ton in the demographics on where the talent is located but if the current coach they have can restore some stability and pride into that program then they could contend for a championship at some point Dillard will have some tough games in the early years of the rebuild but if they give him time they will be contenders soon Quote
