Some possible milestones that could be reached this week:

St Thomas Aquinas has a chance to become only the second program to win 11 state titles.

North Florida Christian has a chance to become only the fourth program to win 8 state titles.

Cocoa and Baker have a chance to become only the 15th program to win 5 state titles and only the 8th public school to do so.

Lakeland has a chance to become only the 8th program to win 7 state titles(the second public school) and join an elite group of programs that have won a state title in 4 different decades.

Northwestern has a chance to become the first public school ever to win back-to-back state titles in 2 different decades. (St Thomas Aquinas, NFC, University Christian and Trinity Christian all have) 

Madison County has a chance to become one of only a handful of teams to ever lose more than 5 state title games.  That group includes Armwood and St Thomas Aquinas.

Looks like Madison County is on its way to becoming the first public school in over 30 years to win back-to-back titles in Florida's smallest class.  Ironically, the last team to do it was Baker back in the mid 1980's.

Madison County's victory was the largest margin of victory in a state final in Florida's smallest class in over 40 years.
