I see on their roster they have alot of seniors and juniors on their team

They are a well coached, physical team. I believe they return a lot from last year, but they lost their RB Dallis Small who was a sparkster.  AHD vs Vero Beach will be fun.  Like most private schools that field very good football teams the team you see and read about in Spring won't be the team that shows up in Fall. You may not get a good grasp of them until then.

They're now in a region with Glades Central and Tampa Catholic in 4A-Region 3, so they're definitely a contender in their region.

The only thing that can answer that question is time. American Heritage is usually one of palm beach county's most dangerous teams,so I wont expect them to be a pushover by a long shot. With an  experienced team,I think they will do fine. We (Glades Central) will definitely see them in the playoffs along with Tampa Catholic, Avon Park, and Clewistion.

Time will tell with the Stallions so lets see how they look in spring and moving in to the fall.

I'm not sure I understand this question.   Isn't it pretty much the case of every high school in the state that you see a lot of "seniors and juniors on their team?"   Are you looking at last year's roster or the roster for the 2019 season (that may or may not include current freshman and sophomores who may be playing varsity next year)?

I'm not trying to nitpick; I'm just trying to understand how the roster composition plays into the question of how good AHD will be in 2019.

Depends on who coaching the team and what program you're talkin about in this case the question is relevant because AHD is always a team to watch out for.....
