Another season & yet another year Deerfield beach is overhyped & over ranked again smh. 

 

But it anyway what are you guys thoughts on this game.??

How are they over hyped?  You can not hold their past against them.  If they fizzle out, then talk bad about them.

They haven’t done anything ..this team has yet to win a championship but yet get a boat load of talent and transfers every year they have a few years recently of not making the post season all together & more times then none their first round playoff game is weak sauce & when they play real competition they get embarrassed. Period!!

We have never been hyped up, talked about or deemed the class 6a fave by national or state media. But Deerfield they are. YEARLY at that I’m from south Florida so I have more inside scoop. Deerfield has disappointed year and year out their paper tigers with no bite.

Well from what I am hearing CC lost their QB and are going with a freshman or sophomore. So this game may good into DFB favor.

I am from South Florida too....And Deerfield has definitely fizzled in the past.

Then you should be all to familiar with the story hyped up in preseason underperform in regular season. Just because they beat STA a few times & had one or two undefeated seasons cus of a week schedule does not make them a powerhouse if we’re gonna b honest over the past 8 years when DFB did make the post season who exactly where the facing in the first and second rounds ? Lol

people love to mention their state semi appearances and 2 and third round appearance but I seem to remember a lot of monarch piper Coral Springs Douglas And etc type first round playoff games where every single year Dillard gets a national round opponent for being district champ.

let Dillard & dfb switch districts and you tell me how many 3rd or 2nd round appearance they will have

The Deerfield Beach team that I saw this spring looks like the real deal! A big azz O line with a bruising running back and plenty of depth.

They’ve always had that. & of course they will look big vs 1a pahokee let’s see what they do first game of the year vs CC or when the playoffs come.
