Play off bracket question

Once the bracket comes out next Sunday, do they stay fixed for the duration of the regional tournament? Or does the higher seed always play the lower seed, as each round occurs. Example - in the lower divisions, if the 6 seed beats the 3 seed, will the 1 seed play the 6 seed, or play the winner of the 4/5 game? The web site doesn't seem to cover this.

I think the bracket is fixed, but the higher (better) seed always hosts the lower seed.  In other words, there is absolutely no way in the world an 8 seed could host a regional tournament game and could only host a final four game if they happened to be matched up with an 8 seed winner from another region that happens to have a lower RPI.

Technically they don't have to be a higher seed in final 4 to host

It can be a 8 seed vs a 4 seed in final 4 but if 8 seed had higher RPI then they would host the 4 seed

4.7.2.3.2 State Semifinals
(a) Dates and Times. See the football webpage at FHSAA.ORG.
(b) Bracketing. The Region 1 champion will play the Region 2 champion, and the Region 3 champion will play the Region 4 champion in the state semifinal games in each classification.
(c) Host Schools. One of the two competing schools shall be designated as the host school for each state semifinal game, and shall determine the site of the game for which it serves as host. The host schools shall be designated as follows: teams with the highest regular season RPI Ranking will be designated “home” team.
