In the 2nd round next Friday Trinity Catholic Ocala travels 6 hours to Pensacola Catholic just as we did in 2010. At that game we packed the visitor's stands as we also expect to do this Friday. Don't know if our band will be there but hope they will.

Our attendance last night was not very good.  North Fort Myers is a rival and they had a good crowd.  The schools are only about 15 minutes away from each other.  Both teams' Bands were there at least.  DILLARD you won't be impressed with what we bring to FTL. In all fairness, there were a few other games in town last night.

I can imagine y’all had every ft Myers school in the playoffs imaginable lol ...our fans was like how many ft Myers is it lol.

Fort Myers is one of the most consistent teams in the state but overall lacks success in the playoffs 

 

One of about 6 or 7 teams with 600 wins (along with Lakeland, Manatee, Columbia, St Augustine, and Leon are ones I can think of who have also done that in state history)

We have a good fan base for the most part. I could be wrong but we have a FoxSports radio channel that broadcasts our games and I know for a fact, some fans stay home and listen to the games.

This is year # 100 of Fort Myers football.  Currently 4th in the state in total wins.  You will have to get your scouting report elsewhere lol.  Had some " issues " the first 3 games of the season but seem to be okay now.  You guys will be a 21 point favorite.  Maybe we can hook-up before the game or at the half.

Lol I’m not tryna scout y’all even tho I was up at 6am watching film on y’all but I was just tryna get a better feel of the team we were about to face. 
 

I did see that you guys are big in the trenches ..you love run out the option package Qb looks decent as well & you guys like to play up tempo. Should b a great close game I doubt we will b favored by that much.

Bishop Moore fans were out in force at Jones despite the rainy weather, easily outnumbering the Jones fans. It was standing room only on BM side of field. BM fans have traveled well all season.

Being retired Marine Corps and a high school football fan I have seen a lot of games in a lot of places, including Pensacola High vs Escambia with Emmitt Smith in 1984.   Niceville has the greatest atmosphere for a game I’ve ever been too.   It’s just fun, loud, and alteration place.

Was not sure of the dates...but I do remember going up there for a game.  I remember the stadium was awesome...really an old-school small town experience....much like our own home stadium in VB.  I believe that Coach Livings and your HC were friends.

I don't know how many on this board have been to the Villages Charter High School and Stadium. Wow. They did not spare the funds to build and maintain that facility. One of the nicest complexes I've been to over the many years attending high school football games. And, they have a very good football team. Well coached. Also they have a unique precision cheer leader squad called the "Golden Girls" that have to be seen to be  believed. They actually do an entire halftime routine that must take months to perfect. I got tired just watching them.

Coach Livings was probably friends with most, if not all coaches. Coach Livings was one of the nicest, friendly, most helpful coaches that I have known. Most coaches today could learn from his example. I hope that he is resting in peace very well.

Gonna be a cool and fun night Friday in Niceville.   My wife is already pissed at me because I passed on a party to go to the game.  You don’t get football weather often in Florida and I’m not missing out.  I can’t wait
