Who Is This FL HS Legend? Shevin Wiggins/Manatee

One of the top running backs to ever come out of southwest Florida.  Led his hs team to a state title and his collegiate team to two national titles.

Who is he and where did he play in high school?

Hint: He was the first player from his county to be named Florida Mr. Football .  He finished his hs career with 4,451 rushing yards and 62 touchdowns, averaging 8.9 yards per carry. In his senior year, he piled up 2,415 yards rushing and scored 27 touchdowns. He played at Nebraska and in 1997 was involved in the college football play of the year that won an ESPY.
