Central FL vs The Panhandle in the Semis

Gaither faces a tough task traveling to Escambia.  Over the past 45 years, 22 teams in the upper classes have traveled west of Tallahassee for a state semi and only 5 teams have returned home with a win.  All of the teams are from the western half of central FL.  Who are the teams?

Bonus Question: One of those 5 teams won 2 state semis in the Panhandle.  Who is it?

Also i thought Gainesville in 2012 beat Navarre in semifinals on road but they are north FL

Armwood won the 2014 6A state semi 19-15 in Fort Walton Beach over Choctawhatchee.  Armwood lost to Miami Central in the final.

Where does the panhandle start, and big bend end?

Robinson played Choctow twice in the 70s. in '71 Semis, they won. Lost in final to Fort Pierce Central (29-13).  In '77, Choctow beat Robinson in the Semis. Choctow lost to Carol City in the Final (10-7)

Very good!  Lake Gibson is one of the 5 teams.

Of the two remaining teams, one is from Hillsborough County and won a state semi in the 2000's.  For the 5th team, we have to go all the way back to the 1980's for their state semi win in the Panhandle.

You are right about Robisnon.  For the purpose of this exercise, I only went back to the mid 70's.
