Counties Reppin at States

This year, Miami-Dade will become the first county to ever have 5 schools playing for a state title.  Miami-Dade had 4 teams represented at the state finals earlier this decade.  Only one other county has ever had 4 teams represented at the state finals.  Which county?

Bonus Question: Who were the teams from that county?

Maybe Polk county. Lakeland, Lake Gibson, evangel, and fort meade or frosproof.

How it wish it were Polk.  The most we've gotten is 3 teams in the finals at the same time.

1996 - Lakeland, Bartow, Frostproof
1999 - Lakeland, Frostproof, Ft. Meade
2004 - Lakeland, Lake Gibson, Ft Meade
2005 - Lakeland, Evangel, Ft Meade

It is Palm Beach County.  But those are not the 4 teams.

Yep, those teams all played for a title in 2009.  Glades Central was the only team to lose (to Cocoa).
