Who Are These Legendary Programs?

Nowadays, it is not that unusual to see a team making 5 FHSAA state semifinals in one decade.  Prior to 2000, that was very rare, and only a few number of programs programs did it.  Who are they?  FYI-decade equals year 0 to year 9, ie 1990-1999

Baker and Glades Day did it in the 80's
