I'm not going to answer but he was a heck of a softball player back in his prime.  Won a national title with my dad.  I was the bat boy lol

He was an amazing softball player. I was the bat boy when him and my dad won a national title when I was a little kid.  I've known him most of my life and then getting to coach against him in the state semifinals in 2013 and 2014 was pretty cool.

Frank Sorrels was also on that softball team and he could absolutely crush a ball

Cool.   I could relate to your bat boy story.   When I was a single-digit kid, I was the bat boy for my dad's fast-pitch softball team.  His team had its share of success, as well, winning a state championship or two, but never a national title.  Lots of weekends and late nights at the ball park  . . .  I wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
