This pick 'em contest is not ran nor endorsed by FloridaHSFootball.com.  The contest is for fun and ran independently of the website.

Scoring:

Each week, there will be 10 games to pick.  You will pick the winners and assign a confidence rating for every game.  Your most confident pick is give the 10 point spot.  The next most confident pick is for 9 points and all the way down to your least confident pick for 1 point.  A perfect week will get you 55 points.  I will track points throughout the season by username.  For example:

10: Team A over Team B

9: Team F over Team E

8: Team D over Team C

etc.

We had two cancelled games this week, Apopka at Ocoee and Miami vs. Miami Edison.  As a result, the scoring for those games shifted to 1 and 2 points for all participants and each confidence ranking below that was adjusted +1 or +2.  Total possible points this week are 52 (vs. 55).  With that being said, we have the first perfect week...by ohs vargas.  Good picking and with that they jump to the top of the season leaderboard.

I went from first to last quick. Thanks Lakeland!

Lakeland did me in, too. I should have had more confidence in Lake Gibson, but they seemed to be giving up too many points. Wait, they did the same against Lakeland, but managed to outscore them.

Lake Gibson was up big then nearly blew it.  Sounds like Lakeland didn't take Lake Gibson too serious until too late.

I had a feeling Lake Gibson would pull it off and went with them.
