Palmetto is down south and people tend to forget how good schools down south are except Columbus. Most people in terms of Miami think of Central and Northwestern as the heavy hitters.

Fans keep thinking Deerfield are the Bucks that made it to numerous State Semi’s. They aren’t. Their schedule vs northern Broward schools are an easy path. Plus the 561 was weaker than they’ve been. Hence the win over Boca, & that by only 14 points. The 3 schools remaining in Region 4, 8a: Western, Palmetto, & Columbus are good teams, but I’ll take Apopka, Seminole, or Venice over them. Just my opinion.
