I'm mostly talking about Pinellas County.  Armwood is a much more rural area with a strong tradition so I assumed they have a great atmosphere.  I don't know much about Plant other than they are south Tampa, which has $$$. They probably have decent support but city teams, like Pinellas, typically struggle in atmosphere.

They have at least 17 returning starters if you include a quarterback, who transferred in after the quarterback from last year transferred out

Do west Boca have a lot returning ?
