Districts 16 in 5A, 6A, and 8A are loaded with good teams and are amongst the most competitive districts in their respective classifications.....then there is District 16 in 7A, a gigantic district full of marginal programs.  Below are the teams in District 16 in Classes 5A-8A.  For the 7A teams, I have listed the combined 3-season record of each team.  Something about it is just so strange to me...to see a district full of Miami-Dade teams that is so relatively weak.  Maybe a reflection of too
