Tampa Robinson which is currently on a 52-game winning streak leads the way in our Florida Top 20 rankings and in our Class 1A rankings. The Knights have won five-straight state championships and six overall, the most by any program in the Sunshine State, and are currently on title defense once again this season.

Lithia Newsome follows up right behind Robinson as the second rank team in the Sunshine State and the top-rated team in Class 2A. Now before anyone claims that Westlake Seminole Ridge beat them in the preseason and that Seminole Ridge should be the top-ranked team, we have to take into account that it was preseason and preseason games don’t count for the record.

However, at the end of the day, rankings are subjective and anything can happen, so it will be fun to see how things evolve over the next few weeks.

And if you are interested to see who is ranked No. 16 through No. 30 in each classification, all you have to do is sign up for a FloridaHSFootball.com+ Subscription account. Click here for the $4.99 per month option or click here for the $44.99 per year option.

All Rankings considered with games played and accounted for through Saturday, March 19, 2022.
