Florida HS Football’s 2014-15 All-East Coast Region Elite Team

Here is the 2014-15 All-East Coast Region Elite Teams compiled by the FloridaHSFootball.com staff. Factors considered for an athlete’s placement on the teams include, but not limited to: Nominations from coaches, team’s strength of schedule, honors an athlete has received and discussion with various sportswriters and sportscasters around the state.

SUPERLATIVES
All-TBA MVP of the Year: QB Brandon Ziarno, Sr., Melbourne Central Catholic
All-TBA Offensive Player of the Year: QB Carter Stanley, Sr., Vero Beach
All-TBA Defensive Player of the Year: LB Chris Favoroso, Sr., Jensen Beach
All-TBA Special Teams Player of the Year: K Arron Kuh, Sr., Vero Beach
All-TBA Underclassmen of the Year: ATH Bruce Judson, So., Cocoa
All-TBA Coach of the Year: John Wilkinson, Cocoa (Once again has led an a strong Cocoa program to the state semifinals. Cocoa has at least reached the state semifinals every year since 2007 under Wilkinson).
All-TBA Team of the Year: Vero Beach (While some would say Cocoa should get this, Vero Beach played with a lot of younger and inexperienced players and to pull off an undefeated regular season was the biggest feat here for the Indians this season).
All-TBA Most Improved Team of the Year: Viera (Went from 8-2 and missing the playoffs in 2013 to an undefeated regular season with a 9-0 record, winning the school’s first district championship in football and reaching the playoffs all in the same season).
