OCOEE, Fla – Congratulations to Michael McClenton, the Ocoee sophomore defensive end, who was voted the scoutSMART Florida Player of the Week for his performance for Week 2 (Aug. 31-Sept. 2) of the 2023 season!
In a win over Wekiva (Apopka) in Week 2, Michael disrupted the offense leading the Knights with 20 tackles, seven tackles for a loss, seven sacks, and two forced fumbles.
When Michael is not on the field, he volunteers to help kids learn football over the summer at a football clinic with a local pastor.
