Rocha, talks about the partnership with FloridaHSFootball.com in making the All-PREP team come to reality and the event’s success in the third year with the growth from 15 athletes selected in the first two years to 25 athletes selected in year three plus the impact Rocha has made through his work with the Jacksonville Jaguars with Girls Flag Football.
