Matt LePain is going to get another attempt at turning around a Pinellas County program after succeeding with his first one.
The Tampa Bay Times, reported today that LePain has accepted the Dunedin job after three years at being at the helm for the Hurricanes of Palm Harbor University.
However, according to the Times LePain had no plan on moving away from Palm Harbor University once he arrived. The offer for the Dunedin job was presented by Dunedin school officials.
And Dunedin was only one of two jobs he actually wanted in his coaching career.

LePain will leave the program as one of the best coaches it has had ever. LePain led the Hurricanes to the playoffs in 2011 and 2012, both as a district runner-up. However, 2013 team went 5-5 and missed the playoffs after losing several skilled players to other programs in the area and facing a more challenging schedule in district competition.
No time table has been set to hire a new coach at Palm Harbor University.
