TAMPA | Citrus Park Christian might be an FHSAA member already, but its football program in the last few years has been competing in seven-man football, which is currently being supported by quite a few small private schools around the state.
However, things are about to change.
According to Joel Anderson at the Tampa Bay Times, Citrus Park Christian will be moving into 11-man football for the first time this year. With the move comes a new head coach as well.
Ken Davis, a former assistant at Chamberlain, has been tapped to be the head coach for the Eagles, Anderson reports.
