FORT LAUDERDALE | It was only a matter of time if and when that St. Thomas Aquinas’ athletic director George Smith would confirm if the Raiders were officially going to play Don Bosco Prep (NJ). Now it has been confirmed in a report from the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.
The Raiders will officially host the Ironmen of Don Bosco Prep, in what is suppose to be a nationally televised game, on September 14.
However, the Don Bosco game was not the only high profile game mentioned in the report.
Miami Columbus will also make a trip up to Fort Lauderdale on August 31st, which is Week 1 of football officially for the state. No mention has been made if this game will be televised or not at this time.
