Ninestine out as AD at Port St. Lucie
Not often do we mention anything regarding athletic directors, but usually they are the backbone to every single sports program inside a school and don’t get enough credit for the work they do. However, sometimes a change in direction comes from school administration and that is what has happened at Port St. Lucie. Danny Ninestine will no longer be at the helm of the athletic department once the 2012 school year starts in August, the TC Palm has reported. Ninestine was thanked by current Port. St. Lucie principal Dr. Rendell while looking towards a new direction for the school. Ninestine has numerous accomplishments including being named the 2003 Florida Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association “Athletic Director of the Year.” You can read the full report here.

Recruiting notes from Tampa Bay
First offer has landed for QB Pete DiNovo at Tarpon Springs East Lake with Houston placing that offer, The Tampa Bay Times has reported. You can check out that report here.
The Times also has reported that Tampa Sickles LB/S Adekunle “AK” Olusanya has landed four offers so far with two coming this week. All offers reported by Times has come from Mid-American Conference schools. You can read the report here.

Drayton Florence will host annual camp at Ocala Vanguard this weekend
The Ocala Star-Banner has reported that, Denver Broncos cornerback, Drayton Florence will be hosting his annual camp at Booster Stadium on Saturday. The camp called Make-It-Happen Football Camp has become a staple in the Ocala area giving football players a time to acquire more skills. The Star-Banner also spent time talking to Florence about his transition from the Buffalo Bills to the Broncos, just one of several stops the 10 year veteran NFL cornerback has made in his career. Deltona has five sign
The goal is always to get to the next level no matter where it might be. For five Deltona players, that is what happened, the Daytona Beach News-Journal reports. The following players signed with school in parenthesis: Tavin Littles (Methodist), Brien Vega (Methodist), Alex Noboa (Chowan), Greg Flynn (Cornell) and Jeffery Murrary (Defiance).
