While rankings are always subjective and players move up and down the charts, this list is meant to show you the fans who are some of the best players are in the state to keep a solid eye on this season and to see where they might head for their college career. Expect this list to change one more time right before National Signing Day, which will include information from the 2013 season.

Johnson has been a huge asset for the Cougars who would have been playoff bound last season if it were not for other issues that arose. Now Johnson will face a tall task having to keep teams like East Lake contained to help his team make the postseason this year. |

Sousa has been very fortunate to show of his speed, hands and overall athleticism thanks to 2015 QB Tucker Isarel, a record breaking quarteback. Sousa plans to take his talents to Florida State, where it should help add depth to the position. |

Brown is receiving interest from a lot of different schools and his size and abilities from the defensive end position should help his team rebound and compete for a playoff spot this season. |

Law rushed for over 1,000 yards last season despite the team having a tough time navigating a tough district. However, with a new coaching staff and new direction this year, Law could exceed the numbers he put up last season. |

Being able to help protect your quarterback is beneficial to being a great offensive guard and Dorsey is just that kind of player. Look for Dorsey to continue to help put Raines back into the playoffs once again this season. |

Gayot has proven himself as a beneficial member to Park Vista’s squad that has a tradition to winning. He will get a big test on skills come Week 1 when his team travels to face Colerain up in Cincinnati. |

Godfrey has great athletic abilities that allows him to move all around the field, but can play in the zone and stick to man if needed. Look for Godfrey to be the leader of the Miramar defense this season. |

McClain will step into the role DeMarcus Walker had last season and continue to help anchor a defensive line that will be aggressive this season. He plans on continuing the now steady stream of Sandalwood players heading to FSU for college. |

Nichols is an impressive player who has size, speed and strength, something he used a lot last season in helping Miami Central win the Class 6A state title and something that the Rockets hope to do again this season. |

Eduoard has a quick release as a quarterback and uses just the right touch to get the ball out there and in the hands to his targets. Edouard is planning to keep it close to home with the Miami Hurricanes. |
